5k Time Trial

Hi Traccies, Thursday 3rd of October is a date to put in your diaries. All those runners who ran the relays this year should take advantage of the flat fast track at Ramsgate over 5000m and join in the time trials.

To encourage all abilities there will be two trials:

6.15pm for runners over 25 minutes and at 7.00pm for those under 25 minutes. Let’s continue the enthusiasm shown in the relays and support this event.
