We are currently taking on juniors at Years 6 and above (10 year olds and above).
We cover all aspects of running to prepare our juniors for track and cross country events. We actively encourage our juniors to take part in events where they can represent their club at local, county and national level.
Schools’ cross country events take place each year. Local runners are chosen after taking part in qualifying events. More information can be found here on the on the Kent County Athletics Association and Kent Schools Athletics Association
There are also a number of “open meetings” throughout the track season that athletes of all ages are encouraged to register for and race in. These are mainly organised by the athletics’ clubs in Kent such as Invicta East Kent and Tonbridge AC. although many more events can be found on the Entry4Sports website. Your junior coaches will raise awareness of these meetings at the training sessions.
