TRAC – Runner of the Month – December
December – Sallie Ann Coleman
Sallie completed the Couch to 5K programme in 2024 and was progressing really well with her running. Unfortunately she had a setback and faced quite a period of time off from running as she dealt with an injury. Sallie has not let this setback and break deter her and she has resumed running again, joining the club Monday night runs. We know that this takes some courage and strong motivation and its great to see Sallie back in form and enjoying both club runs and local races.
Congratulations Sallie on your hard work and sticking with running!

2. “Whats your best moment?”
“The best moments for me has been meeting some amazing people and true friendships being made, also, the graduation run at Pegwell Bay Park run was very emotional, the support we all received as we crossed the finish line was amazing ( thank you all for that).”

“I would say, there’s no such thing as can’t, go for it, you definitely can do it, you won’t regret it.”

“The club means the world to me, the support I’ve received and the friendships I’ve made have kept me going, if it wasn’t for these I think I probably would have stopped running altogether.”
