Track sessions – some important rules

It’s great to see so many members enjoying the track sessions.  Whether it’s seniors being coached, juniors being coached or runners doing their own sessions, numbers are looking up despite some truly horrible weather over the last few weeks !

With the increase in numbers comes a helpful reminder that we don’t want any accidents or collisions on the track so we thought it would be a good idea to create some rules for all runners to follow when they are using the track.

This is all designed to make sure everyone stays safe and goes home with a smile on their face !

If anyone isn’t clear on anything, please speak to the session run leader and they will explain it.
