Cross country events 2022/23

Hi team,

Cross country season is approaching. Time to dig out the trail shoes from the back of the cupboard, brush off last years mud and prepare for another series of mud, sweat and laughter! And CAKE! 

Provisional dates are as follows:

Knole Park, Sevenoaks.  30/10.  9am start
New Barn, Swanley .        13/11.  11am start
Oxleas wood, Eltham.      20/11. 11am start
All Hallows, Rochester.     18/12. 11am start.     ( new venue)
Minnis Bay, Birchington.   8/1/23 11am start
Betteshangar, Deal.           15/1.   11am start
Blean Woods, Canterbury 5/2.    11am start

Same rules as last year. You do not need to commit to all 7 races but you will need to buy your chipped bib. This is £10 for the whole season (so you need to keep hold of it!) whether you do one race, three races or all 7. Competitors should check their club membership status is valid and that they are an ea member. If you are not ea affiliated you can still take part but there may be an additional small fee.

To buy your chipped bib please pay £10 to Thanet Roadrunners 201792 50034673 and put name and xc in the reference. Please also give me your name, date of birth and ea number for the registration form. You can pm me on facebook. 

Looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible. Last year was an amazing season. We are definitely the winning club when it comes to great runners, team spirit and a heaving snack table!
