TRAC Friday BBQ Runs

Social run of approx. 5 miles from the host’s house, then back for a BBQ. Please bring your own food to be cooked and your choice of drink. Run starts at 6:30pm. For those wishing to socialise but not run, the BBQ starts from 7:30pm.
