TRAC Track Thursday
Great to see so many enthusiastic faces down the track this evening for the club’s first track-based session of 2021. After a group warm up consisting of jogging, striding and some technical drills, we endured a rewarding session of 8x500m off 300m active recovery (flying 500s).
No matter what your speed, track sessions are a great way for you to develop your racing efforts, leading to some new personal bests in the season.
We are looking forward to seeing more faces next Thursday for our next instalment of TRAC Track Thursday!
